The ocean view partial room was spacious with a comfortable king bed, clean and well-stocked mini-bar. The straight-on balcony view was of the restaurant roofs.
I was in building 2, room 2505, facing the inside of the resort area with a partial ocean view. It's a quiet part of the resort, providing a peaceful stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and went above and beyond, ensuring a good time for guests. However, the policy of potentially removing items within 30 minutes was off-putting, making us feel uncomfortable. Despite this, the manicured surroundings, protection of sea turtles, and excellent beach access added to the overall beauty of the location.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great view, providing a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The location was excellent, offering a mix of fun surf and calm swimming spots. However, the dining options could use some improvement, with a repetitive menu. The service was exceptional, with friendly and eager-to-please staff members.
My stay at BarRacuda Bar was a mix of highlights and drawbacks. The rooms were immaculately maintained, featuring the luxury of a whirlpool tub on the balcony, and the attention to detail from the housekeeping team, especially Rosina and Brenda, was exceptional. On the downside, there were concerns about the pricing that could affect the overall value for money.
